Qualitative Analysis:

Quantitative Analysis:

- Method Selection: We choose an economic valuation method based on the valuation objective, available information, the type and characteristics of the intangible asset to be valued, and the current scenario. Valuation methods fall into three categories:
- Income Approach: Calculates the present value of future cash flows generated by the brand (e.g., royalty method, premium price method).
- Market Approach: Compares the brand with similar brands in the market (e.g., multiples method).
- Cost Approach: Assesses the cost of creating or replacing the brand (e.g., historical cost methods, adjusted historical cost method, residual historical cost method).
- Method Selection: We choose an economic valuation method based on the valuation objective, available information, the type and characteristics of the intangible asset to be valued, and the current scenario. Valuation methods fall into three categories:
